Allcock

Allcock fishing tackle is widely excepted as the oldest fishing brand in the world. Originally derived in 1797 by Polycarp Allcock later becoming S Allcock and Company Ltd in 1803. Company began with the manufacturing of fishing hooks before building on the range of fishing tackle including rods and reels. In 1880 it made the undisputed claim to be the worlds oldest and largest manufacturer of fishing tackle.
