Click & Collect

When you order from Landers, you have a choice of having delivery to your home or work, or you can collect it in store in Tralee at a time that suits you. This is a free service. 

For Click & Collect, your order will be available to collect within 1 hour and we'll do our best if you need your item(s) even faster.

How to use Landers Click & Collect?

• Select your product and click on "Add to Cart" or "Buy it Now" as normal.
• When you Checkout, you will see an option at the top to select "Ship" or "Pick up", select "Pick Up" and continue to payment for Click & Collect.
• You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 1 hour.
• NOTE: Collection is only available during store Opening Hours

Landers Click & Collect Terms and Conditions

Click & Collect orders will be held instore for you to pickup within 14 days of placing your order. After the 14 day window, if you have not collected your order, your items will be automatically refunded.

Landers Outdoor World will always try to get in contact with you if you have not collected your order before the 14 day window lapses. If we have been unable to contact you or have not heard from you Landers Outdoor World will cancel the relevant order.

As always, we offer FREE returns with 28 days in store on all Click & Collect orders. Please note that the 28 day return period begins on the purchase date, and not the collection date.

Don't forget to to take your order reference and details to store to collect your order. Please bring a printout of your order summary, or email confirmation as proof of purchase. If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone us and let us know.
