RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 28 day change of mind return policy.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

At Landers, we want you to love the outdoors as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 28 days from the date of purchase. 

We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) - please see below for further information. 

Exchanges can only be offered instore to instore customers - please see the EXCHANGES sections below for further information.

Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty or incorrect. 

This returns policy also covers Sale items.

We accept returns only if:

  • All tags and packaging are still on the item.
  • Packaging is suitable for reselling, and is not damaged. 
  • The item is unused used and unworn (it's Ok to try on of course!)
  • The item is complete, and in the same excellent condition you received in it.

 

REFUNDS

Providing that all conditions of return have been met, we process your refund immediately upon receiving your item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund amount to be credited back to your account.

 

EXCHANGES

We cannot offer online customers exchanges via post. If you are an online customer you must return your unwanted items via the returns process discussed above and will be refunded accordingly. You will need to place a new order online for the new item(s)/size(s) you wish to purchase.

Providing that all conditions of return have been met, exchanges can be made instore for instore customers.

 

HOW TO RETURN
You can return your order by post, or instore. 

POSTAL RETURNS
You can return your items via your local An Post.

Please make sure to include within your parcel a filled out returns sheet which includes: your contact details, a copy of your order details or order number (this can be found on the order confirmation emailed to you at the time of purchase, or on the Packing Slip that is included with your delivery.)

*Please note that we are not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty or incorrect item.

INSTORE RETURNS
Drop the item Instore, and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method, or exchange for another size if you'd prefer. Make sure to bring along your order confirmation or packing list.
