Newsletter Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Any customer who signs up for the Landers email newsletter between Tuesday 11th March 2025 and 31st May 2025 inclusive will be entered into a draw to receive a €300 voucher for Landers Outdoor World to be used instore or online.

1. Giveaway entry dates: From Tuesday 11th March 2025 Saturday 31st May 2025
2. Draw date: Tuesday 3rd June 2025
3. The winner will be picked from the Landers Outdoor World Email Newsletter data base at the time of the draw.
4. To be eligible to win you must subscribe to the Landers Outdoor World Email Newsletter data base between Tuesday 11th March 2025 and Saturday 31st May 2025 AND be able to receive email marketing at the time of the draw.
5. You must be over 18 to enter.
6. Employees of Landers Outdoor World are not eligible to enter.
7. The winner will be selected at random.
8. Landers Outdoor World's decision in relation to the random selection of the giveaway winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this selection.
9. There will be one winner of this giveaway and there will be no alternative for the €300 voucher prize.
10. All entries together may be used in publicity campaigns (such as social media channels, websites and other points of sale or marketing materials) after the competition has finalized.
11. All personal information supplied will be used by Landers Outdoor World in accordance with Data Protection Laws and Regulations for the purposes of this Giveaway only. Landers Outdoor World will handle any personal data in accordance with the Landers Outdoor World Privacy Policy which is available here.
12. By participating in the Landers Outdoor World Newsletter email data base sign up entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any entrant that does not wish to be entered into the giveaway must contact Landers Outdoor World via email (hello@landers.ie) in order to be removed from the giveaway. The entrant may remain on the email data base to receive email marketing without being included in the draw.
13. The winner of the giveaway and their County location will be announced via Landers Outdoor World's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and to the individual winner by email. The winner's name and County location may additionally be used on the Landers Outdoor World website and other points of sale or marketing materials after the competition.
14. Landers Outdoor World reserves the right to publish the entry Name, County located and value of giveaway voucher to the winner. No remuneration will be associated with this activity.
15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the giveaway voucher within 14 days of notification, Landers Outdoor World reserves the right to withdraw the giveaway voucher from the winner and select an alternative winner.
16. In the case of any delays to the timings stated, Landers Outdoor World will post updates on social media with any new timelines.
17. Events may occur that render the giveaway impossible to proceed for reasons beyond the control of Landers Outdoor World. Entrants agree that no liability shall attach to Landers Outdoor World as a result.
18. Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
19. Landers Outdoor World reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any applicant, to add to, amend or waive any rule without prior notice and, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel the giveaway at any stage.
