Free Gift with Online Purchase Terms & Conditions

From time to time, Landers Outdoor World may run free gift with purchase promotions through our online store. These are the terms and conditions that apply to those promotions unless otherwise specifically stated:

1. The free gift is selected at the discretion of Landers Outdoor World and will be subject to availability.
2. The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit note.
   
3. Placing multiple orders or orders for multiple items does not entitle the customer to more than one free gift.
   
4. This offer is only available on orders placed on Landers Outdoor World's website - Landers.ie
   
5. Only one free gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion (If you place more than one order with us in the period the free gift offer is running, you will only receive the gift on your first order), unless otherwise stated.
   
6. The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from the customers qualifying order.
   
7. If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned.
8. This promotion is valid within the dates as stated on the relevant promotion page/email.
   
9. The free gift will be automatically added to the customers order packed by Landers Outdoor World team. No code is required.
10. The free gift promotion is open to any Country Landers Outdoor World deliver to, at the time of the promotion.
11. The free gift promotion can be used in conjunction with sale/special offer/multi-buy items so long as the minimum order requirements have been met.
12. The free gift promotion is not open to Landers Outdoor World employees.
13. Acceptance of the free gift constitutes the customer’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Landers Outdoor World is final
    
15. Landers Outdoor World reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this page.
