Choose a boogie board that reaches as far as your bellybutton when stood upright on the ground, or slightly longer if you are a beginner, and will be riding smaller waves. When the body board is held out in front of you it should reach from your knees to your chin. |
If the surf you’re going to be riding are small waves, choosing a slightly longer board will give you more buoyancy and stability in the water.
